Project description
Sri Sai, a G+5 commercial PG building located on a 30×40 ft North-East corner plot in Neeladri Layout, Electronic City Phase 1, was designed with a focus on space efficiency, vastu compliance, and durability. This project includes 34 well-planned rooms with an average carpet area of 150 sq.ft, supported by modern PG infrastructure like a dedicated kitchen, lift, 20 kVA generator, private transformer, and overhead water tank for uninterrupted services. The NE-facing corner location allowed us to plan for optimal airflow, daylight, and energy flow throughout the structure.
From a construction perspective, the project required careful structural detailing to handle the vertical load on a relatively small footprint while ensuring robust seismic and wind resistance as per IS standards. Services like electrical conduits, plumbing shafts, and fire escape requirements were integrated with minimal space compromise. Noise isolation, moisture control, and cost-effective utility layouts were addressed early in the design stage to ensure smooth functioning post-occupancy. Sri Sai was completed on schedule and continues to operate as a high-demand PG, valued for its reliable infrastructure, thoughtful design, and low-maintenance finishes.
