Project description
Srivari Kuttera is a newly developed, high-rise G+6 commercial PG building located on a North-facing 30×40 ft plot in the well-connected neighborhood of Neeladri Layout, Electronic City Phase 1, Bangalore. The project features 40 well-ventilated rooms, each offering a 150 sq.ft carpet area, along with a central kitchen, high-capacity lift, 20+ kVA generator, dedicated transformer, and an overhead water tank for uninterrupted utility services. The structure is designed with a forward-thinking approach, offering greater vertical capacity while staying compliant with local building norms and maximizing plot usage.
Construction of a G+6 building on a tight 1200 sq.ft footprint presented both engineering and execution challenges. Meticulous structural planning was required to support additional floor load while accommodating essential services like fire safety systems, service shafts, and dual stairwell access. Special attention was given to noise control, plumbing efficiency, and electrical zoning to ensure durability and tenant comfort. The interiors were designed to be minimal yet functional, prioritizing natural lighting, storage, and ease of maintenance. As one of the tallest PG buildings in the vicinity, Srivari Kuttera now stands as a modern, high-utility rental accommodation that meets the evolving needs of young professionals and students in the tech corridor.
