Sai Vasavi, a commercial PG accommodation, was constructed on a compact 30×40 ft (1200 sq.ft) plot located on a strategic South-West corner site in Neeladri, Electronic City Phase 1. The structure was carefully engineered to maximize vertical space and functionality within zoning norms, resulting in a robust G+5 RCC frame structure. Our civil execution included efficient structural design to support 34 residential units, 1 commercial shop on the ground floor, common kitchen facilities, and service provisions like a lift, generator, transformer, and overhead tank. With challenging soil conditions and dense surroundings, careful foundation planning and utility alignment ensured safe, compliant construction.
