Located on a compact 30×40 ft South-West corner site in Neeladri Layout, Electronic City
Phase 1, Viralli Enterprises was designed as a versatile G+5 residential structure with a clear vision: to serve both as a high-quality apartment building and a future-ready PG facility. The layout featured 6 spacious 1BHKs, 5 functional 2BHKs, and 2 studio rooms, supported by key infrastructure like a 20kV generator, in-house transformer, lift, kitchen, and overhead tank. The civil execution demanded a strategic balance between strength, space optimization, and vertical load management to ensure longevity and flexibility in use. Each floor was designed to allow privacy, natural ventilation, and plumbing/electrical provisions tailored to a dual-purpose layout.

During the construction phase, several common site-level challenges were encountered.
Working within a tight 30×40 ft footprint posed constraints for materials storage and on-site labor movement, requiring careful scheduling and vertical logistics planning. The depth and alignment of utility lines for power, sewage, and water posed integration issues with the municipal infrastructure. Structurally, incorporating adequate shaft space for lift and utilities without compromising carpet area demanded precise coordination between civil and architectural teams. Additionally, adhering to local height regulations and ensuring lift and generator approvals took extra time and effort. Despite these, the project was delivered successfully, and today stands as a strong, adaptable structure ready to serve both residents and paying guests.
